A few pictures for the month that is flying by...
My Gramma Sterling, who joined my Pop Pop in Heaven this past October, was a very progressive, outdoors Montana woman who spent much of her life in the beautiful Flathead. My dad came across this picture a few weeks ago. Right around the time I had purchased my new cross country ski set. I have pretty high aspirations for making a come back with the skiing. It must be genetic.
Speaking of the Flathead...one of these people will be celebrating their birthday week with me next week. Happy 66th, Jim! He is the one in the white shirt sitting on my gramma's lap. Keaton thinks that he is the smaller boy on the bottom step. That is actually my Uncle Cory, but they do look very much alike. For the record, the boys were easily able to identify their Pa! :)
Happy Birthday Week, Jim!
As well, my little brother John celebrated his birthday a few weeks ago. We are, for a short time, only a year apart. Since I will be 29, I guess this makes him 27. Here is one of my favorite pictures of us, also at Flathead.
Finally, another picture my dad came across recently, one I never would have thought exhisted, a picture of my Great Grandmother, Myrtle Hubbard, from 1907. I don't know as much about her as I should, but I do know she also spent time near Flathead. I see a resemblance, do you?
